Cayman Wedding Catering by Azzuro
Saturday, January 9th, 2010After running down a few options which seemed great at first lack of response from the caterers made us start looking elsewhere. Sam took the initiative to go speak to the gJohn from Azzuro. He was able to do everything we want to do at a great price. Infact they are taking control of more than we were expecting. We went to them with the below sample menu idea and I believe it is going to be fine tuned, added to and improved. (along with some special items for our veggie and pescitarian friends!)
We went down and had a sample meal and tried some wine pairings and we loved it all here is what to look forward to:
On the Grill:
Jerk Pork, Local Fish, BBQ Chicken
Sides:
Rice and beans, Celeriac coleslaw, Arugula salad, Tomato salad
Dessert:
Rum cake and berries… (as a wedding cake)
